Acai berry is a familiar fruit which is smaller in size. It appears black to purple in color and it is normally round in shape. It is considered as the healthiest fruit in the planet. We can use acai berries for solving digestion problems. Persons who are prone to diabetics can eat acai berries because the sugar content in acai berries is very low. Apart from its use in making medicines, acai berry fruits also make the individuals to feel healthy and energetic. Acai berry finds its application in ice creams, energy juices, and health products. The fruit contains substances that act as antioxidants such as flavonoids and anthocyanins.
